CA v. SIMPSON: WEEK 16

After two short witnesses, the DNA phase of the trial begins. Bernie Douroux, the local tow truck driver, takes the stand. The driver towed Simpson's Bronco from O.J.'s home to the LAPD garage to get fingerprint tested. Next up is Dr. Robbin Cotton, who spends a lot of time talking about DNA and DNA testing. After 3 days of testimony, the courtroom and the world hears the DNA test results for the first time. Cotton testifies that blood found at the murder scene and in the Bronco match O.J. Simpson's blood and blood found on Simpson's sock found at his home matches Nicole's. On cross, the defense spends the majority of their time questioning Cotton on the error rate of DNA testing.
