AZ v. JOHNSON (2012)

Elizabeth Johnson is on trial for the disappearance of seven-month-old Baby Gabriel. Johnson is accused of kidnapping the infant amid a custody dispute with the boy's father. Prosecutors claim she took the child to San Antonio, Texas, to be adopted on the black market, but ended up killing Gabriel and throwing his body in a dumpster. Johnson is charged with kidnapping, custodial interference and conspiracy to commit custodial interference. Baby Gabriel has never been found and it is unknown if the missing child is dead or alive.
