The marathon trial of California vs. Robert Durst is now in the hands of the jury, who, as this podcast was recorded, was deliberating the fate of the man accused of murdering his friend Susan Berman over 20 years ago. The defense claims the prosecution bullied a sick old man with memory lapses – all to make the jury hate the man and cover the lack of forensic evidence. The prosecution says Durst’s own words are enough evidence to convict him.
