After losing his extradition fight, 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who is facing several felony charges for killing two people and seriously wounding another, was in a Kenosha, Wisconsin courtroom for a bail hearing and as expected it was contentious. Court TV’s Ted Rowlands will join us with audio from the hearing – including a passionate declaration from a victim’s father. There’s no denying this will be a difficult case for prosecutors to win, so should they offer Rittenhouse a plea deal?
